Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Babayeva / Azerbaijani mobile network operator Azercell Telecom JV warns its subscribers about possible lineout to occur on 13 November from 2.00am till the morning, the company reported. The lineout will be caused by the work on improvement of the operator's network.
The company regularly carried out this work in order to improve the quality of its network.
Today, the number of Azercell subscribers exceeds 2.8mln.
Azercell JSC was established on 19 January 1996 by Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A S and the Azerbaijan Ministry of Telecommunications.
Azercell Telekom is a joint venture of the Azerbaijani Telecommunication and IT Ministry (35.7%) and Fintur Holdings BV (64.3 %, with 58.55% belonging to TeliaSonera and 41.45% to Turkcell).
