Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / The Slovenian Iskratel became the winner of the tender announced on reconstruction of communication system in Jalilabad region of Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijani Communication and IT Ministry reported that the announced tender stipulated complete reconstruction of the central automatic telephone exchange in Jalilabad.
Earlier, Iskratel's General Director Andrei Polenets stated that the company was interested in the information-communication system of Azerbaijan. Iskratel has been operating in Azerbaijani market for two years.
Iskratel is also implements the Electron Shamakha project, which includes installing of NGN network in Shamakha region.
