Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 January / Trend corr S. Babayeva / Ali Abbasov, the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Minister, is expected to meet with the administration of Hewlett Packard (HP), during the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) which is taking place in Davos, Switzerland, from 23 to 27 January, the Ministry reported on 23 January.
Abbasov left fort Switzerland on 22 January, in order to participate in the WEF.
WEF, an international NGO the activities, which are intended for the development of international cooperation, was established in 1971. WEF unites about 1,000 large companies and organization of different countries. The permanent executive body of the WEF is the Board of Directors. The headquarters of the organization is located in the suburb of Geneva - Colonia. The WEF budget is formed of annual membership fees and the funds paid in by the members of the Forum. The membership of the organization is re-considered every year.
