Azerbaijan, Baku 2 February / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / The issue concerning joining to the International Convention of European Council on cybercrime will be discussed in the Communication and IT Ministry of Azerbaijan.
According to the expert, joining of Azerbaijan to the Convention on cybercrime will positively affect on settlement of the issue on interference into Internet-resources of the country on international level.
The Convention came into force on 1 July 2004. The Convention and its explanatory report were passed by the Committee of Ministers on the 109th session. The Convention was opened in Budapest on 23 November 2001.
