Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 April / Trend corr S. Babayeva / AZN 450,000 will be invested in Azermetbuatyay?m OJSC (engaged in distribution of prints in Azerbaijan), which was privatized this year, Vugar Safarov, head of Azermetbuatyay?m, reported.
"The investments will be spent for renewal of news stalls and vehicles, construction of offices in the regions," he said.
Moreover, the Baku and regional networks of the enterprise will be expanded after this investment.
Azermetbuatyay?m was put for privatization in 1997, but privatization was achieved only in Aug 2007, after which the juridical status of the company was changed into OJSC. Privatization was completed by February.
By 1Nov 2007, the authorized capital of Azermetbuatyay?m, with the staff of 93 people, comprised AZN 345,300. It commenced its operations in 1933.
