Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 April / Trend corr. I.Khalilova, S.Babayeva / The Tariff Council of Azerbaijan is considering the proposals by the Communication and IT Ministry to change postal services prices, Heydar babayev, Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan, stated on 22 April.
"We received proposals to change prices in the sphere of postal activity on export ground," he stated.
"The postal sphere is not in a good state in Azerbaijan. It cannot work effectively," Ali Abasov, Communication Minister, stated. For this purpose the Ministry appealed to the Council of Tariff to consider the prices.
Abbasov did not provide any detail of the figure proposed to the Council. However, an increase by 50% for some services is expected..
