S.Babayeva /In January to August 2008, AZN 181.5mln communication services rendered to organizations and population more by 31.7% compared to the mentioned period in 2007, the State Statistic Committee reported. Totally 76.3% communication services rendered to population.
Some 71.3% incomes fell on mobile communication service, and growth made up 33.8%.
Service growth in the Guba-Khachmaz economic region comprised 19.9%, Shirvan - 38.9%, Shaki-Zagatala - 25.2%, Lankaran - 23%, Absheron - 20.4% and Ganja-Gazakh - 17.8%.
