Spanish Company "Telefonica" plans to enter Georgian market: minister

One of the world's biggest telecommunication companies, the Spanish company "Telefonica", plans to enter the Georgian market. It has the third largest number of customers in the world, the Georgian Minister of Economy, Zurab Pololikashvili, told Georgian radio company Kommersant.
However, it is still unknown how much the Spanish company will invest. At present, talks are being held with "Telefonica".
The company "Telefonica" was established in 1924. At present, it has the third largest number of customers in the world, after "Сhina Mobile" and "Vodaphone"; this figure amounts to 260 million people.
