In the near future, mobile GSM/GPRS POS-terminals will be installed in public places and retail facilities in Baku, head of marketing department of Mobiltim Company Fatih Meral told Trend .
According to Meral, today mobile POS-terminals have been successfully tested by the Azerbaijani processing centers. The banks operating in Azerbaijan displayed an interest in their introduction.
Mobile POS-terminals have a high speed of work under difficult applications. Programmable security module allows to adapt the terminal to any scheme of management. The device allows to place the point of the credit cards anywhere.
The sensitive external antenna allows the terminal to conduct transactions in stable conditions with low GSM signal. Telecommunications services are provided through a network of mobile operator Azercell Telecom.
