The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) organized a "hot line", to improve the quality of telecommunication services rendered to people, the MCIT told Trend .
The main purpose of a "hot line" is to timely response to any problems, shortages that may arise as a result of use of postal services, telecommunications services, radio and television.
