In January to October the volume of IT products and IT services rendered in Azerbaijan has amounted to 860 million manat, which is higher by 12.9 percent compared to the index of 2008, the Azerbaijani state statistics committee said.
During this period, the average monthly salary of the ICT employees rose by 15.7 percent to 498 manat.
Some 73.4 percent of employees fell on the telecommunications sector, which increased by 3.7 percent in number to 20,600 people.
