Azerfon's coverage zone will be expanded for all Baku metro stations in 2010, Azerfon company's 3G project head Serzh Arbogast.
He said that at present, Azerfon communication is available at several stations of Baku metro. It is provided by external devices. The company intends to use domestic devises which will allow rendering communication services at a qualitative level in 2010.
Azerfon LLC launched commercial activities March 21, 2007. Today its network coverage reaches 80 percent of the territory of Azerbaijan. Currently, over 1.5 million subscribers use the network of Azerfon.
