An Azerbaijani mobile operator participated in the First Azerbaijani Investment Summit Dec. 10 in London, the company said.
Azercell Communications and IT Department Director Orhan Buday read a report at the summit about the economic environment in Azerbaijan, the company's activities and achievements, and Azercell as a leader in the country's non-oil sector.
Reports of over 50 renowned experts and specialists were read at the summit. Discussions were held on the question, "What attracts Azerbaijani investors?" The agricultural and food industries, and telecommunications, IT, tourism, construction and real estate sectors were major points of discussion.
