The State Radio Frequency Department's Ether Control Service of the Azerbaijani Communication and IT Ministry has considered appeals on 28 radio electronic devices creating noise and related to television, radio and radio communication, the State Radio Frequency Department said.
Three devices of total quantity of radio electronic ones refer to television, the rest ones - to radio communication. Protocols were drawn out due to illegal use of radio electronic devises used by enterprises and organizations. Corresponding measures are being held.
The State Radio Frequency Com mission controls registration and exploitation of radio electronic equipment.
According to the department, exploitation of the equipment designated for civil use and operating at different frequencies (from 0.3 watt to 1 GHz and capacity from 0.03 watt to 1 GHz) must be coordinated with the Azerbaijani Communication and IT Ministry and registered in the State Radio Frequency Department. Corresponding actions will be taken towards people violating conditions of radio electronic devises use in accordance with Azerbaijan's legislation.
