The mobile operator of Azerbaijan - Azerfon - presented the interactive information service to the subscribers of Azerfon-Vodafone, the company told Trend .
The service gives subscribers the possibility of a distance self-service online using USSD command *123#YES. After picking the specified code, the subscriber gets an access to the interactive menu, which enables to check and replenish the balance, the availability of bonuses in the package of services, status and change of tariff plan, verification of active service, additions and cancellations of services.
Service allows organizing high-speed interactive communication between the client and service applications of the operator both by phone and via the Internet resource of company.
