The AzerbaijaniCommunications and IT Ministry's Aztelecom Production Unit has announced a tender to reconstruct telecommunications nodes in the Salyan and Kurdemir regions on the basis of NGN.
The cost of participation in the tender is 1,500 manat. Documents from tender participants will be accepted until Feb. 11 at 5:00 p.m. Tender bids will be accepted until Feb. 22 at 5:00 p.m. Tender bids will be opened Feb.23 at 12:00 p.m.
Introducing NGN for Baku telephone communications is a priority, which will enable the operator to achieve sustainable segment growth in the long term. A flexible switching system and a unified data transfer technology allow a wide range of services to be rendered.
