A representation of Austrian company Softprom Distribution Gmbh - Softprom.az Ltd passed state registration in the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes via 'single window', official website of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes said.
Softprom.az Ltd was registered with authorized capital worth $10,000 on October 1. Softprom Distribution Gmbh (Austria) and citizen of Ukraine Zhdanovich Pavlo are founders of the company.
Softprom has official status of partnership with world famous software producers, including ABBYY, Adobe, ESET, Microsoft, Oracle, RedHat, Symantec, Trend Micro, Doctor Web, Casper laboratory, etc.
The company was founded in 1999. The head office is situated in Kiev but representations - in Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
The company is a distributor of license software in CIS. It offers software of world producers for different spheres of use having more than 40 distribution contracts.
