Communications and IT Minister Ali Abbasov ordered the use of Dilmanc speech recognition to provide I&R services in the Baku Telephone Network.
The minister entrusted the head of the Production Association Beytulle Huseynov to consider the possibility of integrating the system with Dilmanc's telephone information service 109.
Dilmanc's language filter system includes features of pronunciation allowing users to translate spoken words into digital format. Today, the rate of large proposal transfer in electronic format is 15-16 seconds. The system can recognize 130,000 words and phrases in the Azerbaijani language.
