Azerbaijani Communication Operator Azertelekom and Russia's national communication operator Synterra announced about the appointment of Zeitz Letting director general of the joint venture C-Ring Telecom, Azertelekom said.
Letting replaced Acting Director General Chagdash Berksan. Earlier Letting worked as iBasis Vice President on sales in Europe.
Documents on the establishment of joint venture C-Ring Telecom were signed in Baku in 2009. According to the documents Azertelekom and Synterra own by 50 percent in the share capital of the joint venture. C-Ring Telecom company uses the resources and potential of infrastructure of Azertelekom and Synterra in its projects in Azerbaijan and Russia. This will allow Azerbaijani business and population to have access to a range of modern telecommunication services, including services of international and domestic long-distance communications, rent of main channel services based on IP MPLS network, Internet access, access to network resources of data centers.
