The State Real Estate Registration Service under the Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues announced a consulting services survey to implement an e-control informational system, the service reported.
The poll is held within a real estate registration project funded by the International Reconstruction and Development Bank.
The current system is based on Oracle and the high level of professionalism and the ability to integrate new systems with existing database are important issues.
Interested companies may submit their proposals until 11:00 a.m. April 14.
