On the threshold of the spring holidays, the Azerfon-Vodafone mobile operator participated in a charity event to help organize summer camps for kids in need.
The "Spring Marathon" charity was organized by www.bakililar.az activists and the sea boulevard administration March 21.
Azerfon-Vodafone and NarMobile subscribers were given the unique opportunity to take part in the event to help children in need from March 21-29. Azerfon-Vodafone announced a number where subscribers could send a paid SMS to support the children.
A free 27-manat account was also given to a lucky event participant during a raffle.
All funds collected from the SMS charity will go toward organizing a summer camp for kids in need.
