Bakcell being the author of many significant innovations in various fields contributes to development of Azerbaijani film industry by supporting shows aired on local TV channels, and promoting local television series.
The first national "Aramizda Qalsin" (Between Us) television series became one of the most favorite shows for Azerbaijani viewers in a short period of time. The show is being aired thanks to general sponsorship of Bakcell. Bakcell pays significant attention to viewer's taste and development of cinema culture in Azerbaijan, and sponsored another new television series named "Cavanliq" (Youth).
Following this great tradition, Bakcell undertook the financing of "Banu" show, which is to be launched on Space Television.
This show will be aired at 18:15 on Saturdays and reran at 17:30 on Tuesdays. The presenter of the show will travel across Azerbaijan and introduce the viewers to wedding and engagement celebrations of the country's various regions. The project will provide an opportunity to become closely acquainted with ancient culture of Azerbaijan, as well as to learn local wedding celebration customs and traditions of different parts of the country, and compare differences between these customs.
The shooting group will be travelling across different regions of Azerbaijan contacting local people, learning their habbits, lifestyle and cuisine.
