The volume of ICT services rendered to organizations and people in Azerbaijan in the first half of 2012 amounted to 643.5 million manat, the State Statistics Committee told Trend on Monday.
The committee said that the growth of this sector over the past period in comparable prices amounted to 17.9 percent.
About 72.3 percent of the total amount of the information and communication services fell to the services rendered to the population.
About 59.5 percent of total income fell to mobile services or 15.9 percent more than the same period of 2011. In total, the amount of income received from the mobile services amounted to 395.8 million manat during this period.
