The Information Technology Center of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and High Technologies has announced a tender to purchase software for resource planning, the center’s tender commission said.
The software must consist of eight modules:
- cash flow regulation,
- fixed asset movement,
- budget preparation,
- procurement,
- sales channels,
- inventory accounting,
- management of human resources,
- reports.
The software is intended to be used in 17 structural units of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies in Baku. Two years will be spent for software integration work.
Tender participation costs two manat (official exchange rate for Jan.8 is 1.7742 AZN/USD).
All those interested are invited to submit tender bids and a bank guarantee in the amount of 2 percent of the bid’s cost not later than Feb. 28, 2017.
The bids will be opened March 1, 2017.
