China’s ZTE Corporation, a multinational telecommunications equipment and systems company, has closed its representative office in Azerbaijan, a source in the country’s telecommunications market told Trend.
Coordination of work on projects in Azerbaijan will be temporarily held by the corporation’s representative in Georgia, the source said.
The activity of ZTE’s representative office in Azerbaijan has been temporarily suspended and it is impossible to say exactly when the office will resume its activities, however, this issue is still under discussion, the source said.
ZTE’s representative office in Azerbaijan has been operating since 2005.
