Major antivirus companies (Symantec, Eset, etc.) will place their antivirus database update servers in the DATA center of the Delta Telecom (Azerbaijan’s telecommunications service provider), a source in the company told Trend.
The source noted that, at present, cooperation in this direction is being held with Kaspersky Lab, and Azerbaijani users receive all antivirus database updates of the company from the Delta Telecom servers.
“We are looking forward to working with the biggest antivirus companies, considering mutual interests, and we are ready to support the companies that have business in Azerbaijan,” Delta Telecom said.
Once the servers of big vendors are installed in Azerbaijan, local users will get fast and high-quality access to the content.
