Single Call Center to process inquiries of Azerbaijani postal services

A single Call Center for ICT services, which will start operating in 2018, will process requests of citizens for postal services of Azerpost LLC, the Data Processing Center of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies told Trend.

In general, it is envisaged to provide the connection of those structural units of the ministry, which have their own centers for working with clients, with the single Call Center.

At the initial stage, Call Center “155” will process inquiries of subscribers of Baktelecom LLC.

Meanwhile, the Baktelecom’s “122” and Aztelekom’s “170” number will be combined under the number “155”.

The launch of the single Call Center, according to the source, is scheduled for January 2018, but it is possible that the terms may be rescheduled for early February in connection with the repair work, after which it will be needed to install necessary technical equipment.
