Azerbaijani IT company Neuron Technologies introduced the Caremed hospital management system in the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC, Ismail Alakbarov, head of the IT company, told Trend.
The solution is used in the outpatient medical clinic of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC and provides for automation of reception and registration of patients.
The modules of the system make it possible to manage the treatment process in dentistry, pediatrics, ophthalmology, neuropathology, diagnostics, etc. The system also has a module for monitoring cash transactions, payments, personnel management, and so on.
“There are more than 400 ambulatory medical institutions operating throughout the country, and we would like to unite them in a cloud platform via a single information management system,” Alakbarov said. “Presently, this is the subject of discussions with the Azerbaijani Ministry of Healthcare.”
