Azerbaijan's mail service hotline transferred to single call-center line

Baku, Azerbaijan, April 25

By Huseyn Veliyev – Trend:

From May 1, 2018 the "123" support service hotline of the citizen service center – "Şəbəkə" stops its work, Trend was told on April 24 in the center.

Citizens' requests for postal and financial services will be handled by a single call-center "155" of the support service.

Currently, the 155 center handles requests (in Azerbaijani, Russian and English) for telephone, Internet, postal and financial services.

As previously reported, in the near future, the integration of the phone numbers of reference services of Aztelekom LTD Company and information-processing center - "157" into a unified Call-center is expected.

In the future, it is planned to connect to the Call-center those structural units of the Ministry of transport, communications and high technologies of Azerbaijan, which have their own centers for customer service.

The issue is about creating a centralized system, to which any structure will be able to connect. Ideally, as the source said earlier, it would be rational for citizens to have the opportunity to address any questions they are interested in, through a single hotline number. These may be issues related not only to communication services, but also to water supply, electricity, etc.
