Azerbaijani IT company Azerizone LLC is launching a virtual call center for small and medium-sized businesses, director of the company, Huseyn Huseynzade, told Trend May 1.
"The virtual call center is based on the cloud infrastructure and its services will be provided over the internet. The call center consists of an IP telephony module, a voice menu (IVR), etc. The service will free small businesses of the necessity to purchase additional server equipment," Huseynzade said.
Huseynzade said the virtual call center is designed mainly for companies with small staffs who need IP-telephony services.
"Currently, similar services are promoted by mobile operators, but their solutions involve the use of mobile numbers. The solution we intend to offer involves the use of fixed-line telephony numbers, which is more attractive for businesses," Huseynzade said.
He noted that the virtual call center project aims to receive a grant from the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies and is presented in the competition announced by the Fund.
