Azerbaijan's national satellite communication operator Azerkosmos OJSC company has announced a request for quotations for the procurement of services for the organization of the company's stand at the IBC 2018 international exhibition and conference, the company said in a message published July 21 in the official press.
Those who wish to take part in the request must submit their proposals to the company before 18:00 on July 30. Opening of proposals will take place at 12:00 on July 31 in the building of the "Azerkosmos" at the following address: Baku, AZ1000, Uzeyir Hajibayli Street, 72.

The largest annual European IBC (International Broadcasting Convention) exhibition and conference is dedicated to technologies in the fields of television and radio broadcasting. The exhibition will be held on September 13 - 18 in Amsterdam.
Azerkosmos OJSC was established in accordance with the decree of the president of Azerbaijan dated May 3, 2010 in order to launch into orbit a telecommunications satellite, manage it and carry out operational work. The satellite operator of Azerbaijan provides services of digital TV, data transmission, creation of multiservice VSAT networks through the Azerspace-1geostationary satellite. The company also has at its disposal the Azersky low-orbit satellite, through which the Earth remote sensing services are provided. The launch of the second geostationary satellite Azerspace-2 has been scheduled for September 2018.
