Azerbaijani mobile operator Bakcell LLC is preparing a new mobile application for remote operations with numbers for its corporate subscribers, the company told Trend.
The new distribution will be presented in early 2019.
"Through the application, corporate users on their own will be able to send requests online. For example, remotely carry out operations related to numbers, such as changing tariff plans, activate or deactivate numbers, etc.," the company said.
The mobile application will be available to users running iOS and Android systems.
As for the individual application "My Bakcell", it will be changed, the company said.
"This distribution will include some options. For example, subscribers will be able to evaluate the work of the application. The subscribers will also be receiving PUSH notifications. As you know, in November we activated the Live Chat option, which in the near future will be integrated with artificial intelligence and controlled by bots, providing more responsive service to customers," said the company.
