The "Smart Hotel" hotel business automation system of the Azerbaijani IT-company Smart Systems Technology was implemented in 12 hotels in Azerbaijan, the company told Trend.
Smart Hotel’s solution focuses on the hotel business and is based on the cloud platform.
For the first time, this company's solution was presented in the market in November 2017. The advantage for hotels when using "Smart Hotel" is the lack of costs for the purchase of software and hardware platforms and the maintenance of technical and engineering personnel.
"This year we intend to offer the market a solution for the automation of the restaurant business,” the company said. “The projects in this sphere are being implemented."
