The revenues received in January-February 2019 from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan amounted to 134.8 million manats, Trend reports referring to the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan.
Compared to January-February 2018, the revenues of the mobile communications sector decreased by 0.5 percent and reached 43.9 percent of total revenues of the telecommunications market, according to the State Statistical Committee.
In January-February 2019, population and organizations in Azerbaijan were provided with information and communication services worth 306.9 million manats, which is 9.1 percent more compared to the same months of 2018.
Of the total information and communication services, 71.5 percent accounted for services rendered to the population. At the same time, 81.6 percent of the revenues received via the sector accounted for non-state enterprises.
