In October 2019, Samsung smartphones and mobile phones retained their leadership in popularity in Azerbaijan, Trend reports Nov. 2 referring to the Statcounter’s GlobalStats report.
Samsung's share in the country's mobile devices market amounted to 55.88 percent during the aforementioned period, having decreased by 1.04 percent compared to the previous month’s figures.
Mobile devices of China’s Xiaomi ranked second, with a market share of 15.93 percent (increase of 0.26 percent), followed by Apple, the share market of which decreased by 1.32 percent and amounted to 10.31 percent. Devices of this brand were among the top 3 leaders in sales in Azerbaijan in October.
Furthermore, the mobile devices of Huawei had a market share of 4.08 percent, followed by unknown manufacturers – 4.08 percent, LG at 1.79 percent, Nokia at 1.58 percent, Lenovo at 1.15 percent, HTC at 0.88 percent, Alcatel at 0.66 percent, and other brands.
