Azerbaijani Azexport internet portal offers the possibility of payments for services in cash and non-cash, Manager of the portal Aykhan Gadashov told Trend.
Gadashov added that there was an increase in cashless payments by customers.
“The portal is currently operating normally and there are no difficulties and failures. Employees of the portal work remotely, and almost 99 percent of the portal’s infrastructure is based on the internet. The quarantine regime practically did not affect its work, because even before the establishment of the regime mode, the portal already had the experience of remote work,” he noted.
“The experience of Chinese couriers of contactless delivery, who delivers the goods to the customer, leaves the purchased goods near the buyer's door and leaves the address, is relevant not only today; it has been gaining momentum for a long time. Other countries have also begun to apply this method on a large scale. For example, in Russia and Turkey, the delivery of online orders is mainly carried out this way. I think that in our country this method of contactless delivery will gain more momentum and cover all areas,” said Gadashov.
The portal’s manager also noted that in order to avoid difficulties after the quarantine regime, the Azexport portal invited manufacturers to use online service 'vahid ixrac erizesi' (online application for export), adding that with this service users can obtain the necessary certificates for exporting goods.
For sellers whose goods are to be exported, all the necessary conditions for obtaining all the necessary declarations and other documents, have been created,” said the manager.
“It is not necessary to have a special status to use the portal, there are no restrictions. Individuals can also put up for sale of their manufactured goods. At the first stage of cooperation with the portal, the seller must register with a tax identification number (VÖEN). After successful registration, the seller can place an advertisement for the product that he wants to sell,” he noted.
