The consultant of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), director of the Irish Pathfinder International Partners Ltd., Frank Hannigan is in Baku on a one-day visit, head of the strategic planning and scientific potential sector of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT), Rufat Gyulmammadov told Trend.
According to him, meeting of Hannigan with representatives of Sinam, R.I.S.K., Azeronline, Azeurotel, Azel and other companies took place at the MCIT. Hannigan held also the meeting with representatives of the Institute of Information Technologies of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
Issues of setting up business-incubators in IT sphere in Azerbaijan and cooperation with local companies in this regard have been discussed at the meetings.
The Hannigan’s visit is carried out within the EBRD TAM program (Tern Around Management), aimed at the support of the potentially developing and open companies by way of consultations by leading international specialists.
