Television & Radio Production Association (PA) under the Communications and Information Technologies Ministry is ready to start broadcasting of the public television through the station in Agsu since 1 August 2005.
During the experimental broadcasting the specialists revealed that the station covered Baku, Ganja, Lerik, Ilham Ahadov, the Director General of PA, told Trend.
According Ahadov, the work on regulation of technical equipment at the station is underway. He also noted that the completion of the construction-installation works at the station, located at 840 meters height over the sea level, is expected in July 2005.
The total project value of the radio and television station in Agsu comprises approximately $2m.
