From January to September the Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technologies Ministry transferred 85.9bn manats to the public budget against forecasted 72.7bn manats, 24.9bn manats to the State Social Securities Fund against 23bn manats, Trend reports. Thus, the growth on the figures comprised 18.2% and 8.3% as compared 2004. Over 9 months the Ministry opened 532 additional jobs, particularly, 206 - at Aztelekom PA, 178 - Azerpocht State Enterprise, 53 - Baku Telephone Communication PA.
The salary of the employees was increased by 10-25%. The average salary at the Ministry comprises 688,600 manats (125,000 manats -minimal, 1,991,000 manats вЂ" maximal).
Over January-September the Ministry invested 518.8bn manats, or 14.4% more as compared 2004.
Besides, the Communications Ministry received 562.1bn manats incomes against forecasted 490bn manats. Over the last 9 month the community incomes comprised 198.8bn manats, or 21.7bn manats more as compared 2004.
As of 31 October 2005 the official rate of dollar made up 459.7 AZM in accordance with the date of the National Bank of Azerbaijan.
