Revenues of Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan (MCIT) for January вЂ"October 2005 were 611 billion AZM. Revenues for payments from the population were 244 billion AZM, MCIT told Trend. These figures are for 99 billion AZM and 26 billion AZM more respectively as compared to the same period of 2004.
MCIT commissioned totally 95771 telephone numbers throughout the country since the start of the year. В"The amount of investments is about 105 billion AZMВ", - the state unit noted.
MCIT planned to invest 96,5 billion AZM in the telecommunications sphere of Azerbaijan, to render services in the volume of 670,1 billion AZM and transfer100 billion AZM to the state budget.
