In 2005 the units of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) received 4480 complaints and applications from the residents of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
According to the head of the MCIT staff Vidadi Zeynalov, 3573 applications have been addressed, which is for 137 ones more as compared to the previous year.
The issues of the telephone lines laying, subscription payment, employment, material aid and etc. are usually touched upon in the applications.
В"All applications and claims have been considered and responded in accordance with the rules, Zeynalov stressed.
The head of the staff noted, red tape is taking place sometimes by installing telephone communication lines from the part of some telecommunication centers. В"These facts have been analyzed and measures taken, the MCIT spokesman summarized.
During 2005, 2936 people have been employed to the MCIT enterprises and 1550 people dismissed from their posts.
Totally 611 new jobs have been opened during this period by the Ministry.
