The delegation from Azerbaijan left for Germany to take part in the annual international exhibition of IT-technologies CРµBIT-2006 to be held from 9 March to 15 March in Hanover. Part of the delegation comprising such companies as Sinam, Ultra, Aztelekom, Delta Telecom, AtaTexnologiya, Catel have already departed on 5 March. As the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) told Trend, deputy MCIT Minister Iltimas Mammadov and the MCIT heads advisor on WSIS (World Summit on the Information Society) issues, the Sinam companys head Elchin Aliyev will take part in the event on behalf of the state structure.
MCIT will allocate 50% of funds for involvement at the exhibition. The area of 100 square meters is provided to Azerbaijan at the exhibition.
The exhibition, in which over 3000 companies from 60 countries of the world involved is divided into three thematic divisions: business-processes, where the program products on documents circulation, the enterprise and staff management, security and outsourcing will be presented. The exhibitions second division is dedicated to the digital equipment and systems, the third division is communications, in which beside traditional solutions, products related to telematics and navigation will be represented.
