The Informational Technologies Institute (ITI) of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences will prepare the presentation of the phone service operators control system. A project presentation will be held in April with the participation of representatives from several IT companies and the State bodies, the Institute director, Rasim Aliguliyev told Trend.
The introduction of the system is now implemented as an experiment, the
director said.
The system, prepared by the Aztelekom order, is a database fixing all operations on services provided by operators in on-line system. In perspective this system can be expanded to the whole territory of the country and united into the single centralized net in Baku.
The new system will help to track the quality of provided services and for example define the best employees, who will be encouraged to provide the high quality services in the area, the ITI said.
