The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan confirmed the right of applying the system Electronic healthy cards for ensuring the execution of 7.3.10-7.3.12 articles of the state program on development of information-communication technologies in Azerbaijan (Electronic Azerbaiajan), Trend reports with reference to the Cabinet of Ministers.
The right prepared in accordance with the above-mentioned state program includes the right of creating medical registration and system of Electronic healthy cards. Application of this system will ensure the upgrade of the control system of the health of citizens and operative creation of database about the health of citizens.
All expenses required for the application of the system are burned at the expense of the finance disbursed from the state budget as part of Expanses on Health.
