In the first half-year of 2006 the revenues of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Comunictaions and Information Technologies made up 92.5m manats. The Ministry told Trend the revenues from the community payments amounts to 28.3m manats. The figures exceeded the similar revenues of 2005 22.7m manats and 3.4m manats respceively.
Since the beginng of trhe year the Ministry of Communcations put into exploittaion over 122,000 numbers. Investments in this period amounted to 13255,500.AZN, the same source.
As of 17 July 2006 the official rate of US dollar in respect to manat was 0,8907 AZN.
