Aztelekom presented new universal telecommunication system

Aztelekom Production Association has presented a new universal telecommunications system. The Communications Ministry told Trend that the new system is comprised of 4 modules: IP ATC-IP, Call Center, CRM and universal payment card.

Call-center is an automated center for processing voice calls and it works on two major working regimes: admission of calla and generation of calls. This service can be of interest of operators of long-distance, city, cellular and paging communications, different financial establishments, transport firms and trade facilities.

CRM module is management over inter-relationships with clients business strategy for attracting (selection) and management of clients, directed at optimization of their values in the long-perspective.

Module of universal payment cards does not only envisage the payment of Internet services. It is also possible to set up communications with any point of the world through IP telephones, ordinary telephones or coin telephones. The cards also enable to repay debts of IP telephones and other similar services.
