A project on foundation of Special Economic Area on Development of High Tech in Azerbaijan will substantially serve the development of the whole IT sphere in the country in future, Elchin Aliyev, Head of Sinam told today, Trend reports.
At the same time, financial resources should be attracted both at the expense of the domestic means and foreign ones. If the case is a success, up-to-date technologies will be applied. It its turn, that will give a possibility to open new jobs, he told.
He also pointed out that benefits in taxation play an important role here. In case of technoparks foundation in Azerbaijan, the banking sphere of the country can receive an adbantage as well, he pointed out.
According to him, Sinam has prepared some proposals in this direction. One of these directions is supply with PCs. Having a business with such companies like Microsoft, Intel, etc.. we hope that the project will be submitted till the end of the year, he told.
Another project he announced was the development of IT education sphere. The need in this project is stipulated for the lack of high-qualified skilled staff in Azerbaijan`s IT sphere. The Company is about to sign an agreement with the Baku State University on holding special trainings in the immediate future, he said.
