By the end of the year Strategic Policy Research, Inc. (SPR) will submit recommendations to the Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies, Craig Blakeley, Head of the SPR mission and specialist on jurisprudence, informed Trend.
Specialists of the Company will conduct research on reforms and institutional changes of the Ministry of Communications and its enterprises. On the basis of the research, recommendations will be made.
The work is carried out in line with a $175,000 grant agreement signed between the Ministry of Communications and the U.S. Trade & Development Agency (USTDA) in January 2005.
