Azercell Telecom JV and three Indian companies BhartiAirtel вЂ" Karnataka, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh put into operation one-sided (Azercell subscribers in BhartiAirtel's network) international roaming communication. This is the 15th roaming agreement between Azercell and BhartiAirtel, Trend reports. So far, Azercell has concluded 314 roaming agreements with mobile communication operators from 135 countries around the world.
