The Azerbaijan Cabinet of Ministers has approved rules on presentation, registration, use and determination of payments on radio frequencies, Trend reports.
According to the rules, radio frequencies are allotted on the basis of the customers' appeals to the State Radio Frequencies Committee.
It will be just the State Department for Radio Frequencies of Azerbaijan Telecommunication and IT Ministry that will be responsible for the presentation of frequency nominals for civil use, accounting and registration of radio electronic means using these frequencies.
Radio frequencies for wireless communication of diplomatic corpuses in Azerbaijan will be presented by the Committee on the basis of an appeal made by the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry. The rules on presenting radio frequencies for TV and broadcasting to TV broadcasters are regulated on the basis of Azerbaijani Bill On TV and Broadcasting. The Committee will reply to appeals received within two months. The tariffs on radio frequencies are determined by the Tariff Council of the Country.
